individualsTherapy can improve the quality of your life

Finding a therapist who feels like the “right fit” can be an overwhelming task but is one of the most important aspects of a successful therapy. I strive to provide a safe, comfortable, non-judgmental space that welcomes all aspects of your personality, lifestyle and experiences. My strengths lie in helping you connect with your innermost thoughts, feelings and desires. Through fostering this connection I can help you broaden your emotional landscape, deepen your relationship with yourself and others, diminish repetitive patterns and work through troublesome thoughts, feelings and behaviors. For many, therapy is an enlivening experience drawing into focus the most authentic you possible. My style is warm, compassionate and curious.

I work with a diverse clientele including those who are LGBTQQ and gender non-
identified as well as people who are heterosexually identified.

I have helped people with many different issues including: difficult relationships, childhood trauma, disordered eating, depression and anxiety, low self-esteem, stress, body issues, loss of a parent, addictive behaviors (shopping, eating, sex, internet), self-harming/self destructive behaviors, issues or exploration around gender and sexuality and LGBTQQ specific issues.
