Exploring gender and sexuality in therapy can help you discover and affirm what feels most true to you

Regardless of how you identify, our lives are shaped and influenced greatly by our gender expression and sexuality. Cultural loading and expectations by parents, families and the media  can muddle our connection to what feels most true and authentic for ourselves as individuals.

I work from the perspective that gender and sexuality are not static fixtures. They are fluid experiences and expressions that can vary from year to year, day to day or even moment to moment. I work with people of all gender expressions including those who identify as transgender, gender non-conforming and genderqueer. I also work with individuals of all sexual orientations and people in monogamous, open and poly relationships.
